Posterior cerebral artery territory infarct

This non-contrast CT is from a middle-aged man with multiple cardiovascular risk factors who presented with an acute onset of right homonymous hemianopia 6 months ago. The CT shows a hypodense lesion involving the left posterior cerebral artery territory arrow_1. Subsequent CT angiogram confirmed the patient had an occluded left posterior cerebral artery as well as diffuse atherosclerotic changes both in the intra & extra-cranial arteries.
